Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-04 · NostrCorp, Inc. (“we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation.
1. Service
ServiceGraph is a structured catalog of US professional-services firms, accessible via the API at api.servicegraph.co and the docs console at docs.servicegraph.co. By using ServiceGraph, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts to use the authed parts of the service.
- An “account” is the user record keyed off the email you used to authenticate. You are responsible for activity under any bearer token issued to your account.
- Don't share bearer tokens. Lost or stolen tokens should be revoked from
/accountin the docs console.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Respect documented rate limits and monthly quotas.
- Use the API only for the purposes for which it was designed — procurement, vendor research, CRM enrichment, data integrations into your own application or AI agent.
- Make a good-faith effort to keep the data within your application and not redistribute the catalog itself as a competing product.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including export controls and anti-spam regulations when contacting firms surfaced through the API.
You agree not to:
- Circumvent rate limits or quotas (e.g. by registering many accounts solely to multiply free quota).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest the entire catalog.
- Use the data to send unsolicited bulk email or to target firms in ways that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or analogous laws.
- Reuse the data to build a directly competing structured-firm directory service.
- Probe, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Data accuracy and freshness
The catalog is built from public web data and refreshed continuously, but we don't guarantee completeness, freshness, or the accuracy of any individual record. Use of the data for hiring, sourcing, or outreach decisions is at your discretion. ServiceGraph is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
5. Quotas, fees, and changes
The current free tier and any future paid tiers are documented at docs.servicegraph.co. We may change quotas or pricing for new sign-ups with reasonable notice. Existing users will be notified before any quota reduction takes effect on their account.
6. Intellectual property
- The ServiceGraph name, the marketing site, the API surface design, and the structured catalog as a compiled work are owned by NostrCorp, Inc.
- The underlying firm data is sourced from public web pages and third-party directories; no claim is made on the underlying facts.
- Subject to these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the API output internally and as part of your own application or agent integration.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the service in a way that threatens its stability or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion at artur@servicegraph.co.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NostrCorp, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
